Why we named the semi-automatic single-stack pipe bending machine as "single-stack"? It is usually equipped with only one stack of pipe bending tools and cannot be compatible with multiple stacks of tools for processing pipes with different bending radii at the same time. When encountering pipes that require different bending radii, the operator needs to manually change the corresponding tooling to achieve different pipe bending solutions. The single stack pipe bending machine design feature work as only use one set of bending tools in one operation. This design makes the single-stack pipe bending machine relatively simple to operate, but it also limits its flexibility in handling diverse bending needs. For example, a single-stack pipe bending machine can usually only achieve one bend, and this bend is completed in one plane.

The multi-stacks molds, including the pipe bending die, pressure die and clamping die are mounted on machine head which can automatically realize the machine head up and down, left and right movement, finally got the mold automatic shifting between different stacks.
