Special sections of fixed and variable radii can be bent in the same cycle, with multi-layer stacking of up to 8 tools simultaneously, and continuous bending of parts can be performed. Machine advantages: Visual programming based on the graphics you design, intuitive three-dimensional dynamic simulation demonstration, allowing you to easily complete the process from design to production with one click. Ideal for high-volume production where high consistency is required. A high-quality appearance and minimal ovality are achieved even at small radius-to-diameter ratios. It also includes automatic springback compensation and in-cycle correction, stores tool configuration and position, runs anti-collision and interpolates all axes. This machine accommodates multi-layer stacking of up to 8 tools and enables continuous bending, making it ideal for high-volume production where high consistency is paramount. It achieves a high-quality appearance with minimal ovality even at small radius-to-diameter ratios.
