● High automation and the cycle action of feeding, clamping and cutting and tail length cutting can reduce the involving workers.
● Adjustable servo control of saw blade in/out, adjustable servo control of pipe feed forward, guarantee accurate sawing.
● Machine head by horizontal way feeding mode is adopted to keep the cutting surface enough smooth and vertical;
● The castings with German technology and the important components are molded by special wood and aluminum mold casting, sand cleaning, tempering heat treatment and stress relief processing to get the required components.
● Both servo feeding and saw blade feeding adopt ball screw, linear guide rail, slider and automatic lubrication mechanism.
● The cooling adopts micro-lubrication, centralized atomization and rapid cooling to ensure that the saw blade and sawing surface are intact and regular.
● The sawing table and backing board are equipped with bakelite boards to ensure that the surface of the material is not damaged.
● The machine has the function of servo pulling the tail material to achieve a tail material of 20mm.
● Cutting cooling: It adopts an oil mist lubrication and cooling, and it is required to accurately spray the oil mist onto the cutting saw blade.
